Our Story
The Beginning
Laguna Media Group started as Small Pond Video Productions in 2002. The founders, who provided high quality video production services for multi-million dollar companies such as American Airlines, decided they could bring this expertise to much smaller organizations. Hence, the original name Small Pond.
In 2004, Silvana Rosero came to the business as a partner to add project management and communications expertise.

The Evolution
Because of the success of the model, in 2008 the company became Minority Business and Women-Owned certified, with Rosero at the head of the business. With these changes, the leadership realized that there was a niche to also offer these high quality services to big corporations and to the public sector with the efficiency and agility of a small business.
With this in mind, the company started to diversify its portfolio even more with projects done for companies such as ONCOR, UT Arlington, Ericsson, Accenture, DART, Vistra Energy, Teltech Group, University of North Texas, HNTB, among many others.
Rebranding & Growth
As communications technology evolved, the leadership realized we had to expand our scope of services. This evolution came along with the need to add a solution that would complement our video and audio visual areas and to offer our clients digital support.
With that goal the company went through a rebranding in 2018, re-naming the business as Laguna Media Group. Today, in addition to the original video and event production services, the company offers expertise including web development, digital and social media strategy, social media management and SEO. The business is located in Grand Prairie, Texas with a diverse multi-national remote team.
